How to tour our mattress factories

We have 12 factories around the U.S., and all of them are open to the public for tours. (You can see a full list of our factories and stores here.) Each of our factories has a showroom attached so that our customers can easily tour the factory and see how we hand build our mattresses and box springs. Interested in taking a tour? Here’s what you should know.

Tour our factories

Whether you’re an individual or would like to schedule a group tour, we’d love to have you. There’s no pressure to buy — you don’t even have to be in the market for a new mattress to stop by for a tour.

For group tours, we recommend giving your local factory a call a few days ahead of time to let the team know you’re coming. We’ll make sure to have someone available to guide your group. From school groups to scouts to senior center groups and more, we’d love to show you around and answer any questions you may have about our operation.

Our factory employees are typically manufacturing Monday through Friday until about 3 p.m. each day. If you’d like to see the production process in action, we recommend stopping by our factory showrooms at those times. Your local factory’s schedule may vary a bit depending on demand, so you can always give the factory a call to double check that production will be ongoing during your visit.

That said, the factory is still open for tours even if we’re not actively in production during your visit. Our sales team can walk you through each step of the process. Tours are available any time our showroom is open.
