Measure your mattress
Due to constraints on space, RV mattresses tend to be different dimensions than standard-size mattresses. So, the first step for your new custom-size mattress is to figure out what dimensions you’ll need.
You can measure the length and width of your current mattress, or you can measure the platform that it rests on.
Don’t forget to consider the height of your mattress. In tight quarters, you may not want or need a very thick mattress.
If you live near one of our factories, you can always bring us your old mattress so that we can use it as a template to create your new custom mattress. If you don’t live near one of our factories, it may help our team if you take pictures of your current mattress, as well as the platform for the mattress, that we can use for reference.
Please note there is a 1.5-inch+/- tolerance depending on the size of your mattress. The innerspring unit itself may not allow us to cut it precisely to size because we can’t cut a spring itself in half.
